Before I became a nurse practitioner, I spent more than 13 years in nursing: in inpatient psychiatry, in psychiatric crisis care, and in medical and neurology units at Mayo Clinic and Barrow Neurological Institute. Today I see adults 18 and older across Arizona by video, including the hard-to-reach corners of the state, on Saturdays and Sundays from 5 AM to 7 PM. I focus on anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and insomnia, and I prescribe non-controlled medications only.
