Great day to you! I am Kim Rodgers, LICSW (15yrs.). To complete my Master’s of Social Work Degree, I served as a school counselor for grades K-9. Since then, I have worked in Corrections, the Homeless Department and the Vet Center (within the Federal Government), in a Behavioral Health Hospital, and in Community Health. I have a great deal of “outreach work” experience, both personally and professionally.
Psychotherapy provides a safe place to discuss fears, thoughts, and difficult decisions we as humans must make during our journey in life. I believe we are capable of making life changes with the right tools. I am here to listen without judgement. I believe we all have a story to share. Being heard is one of the most important aspects of communication.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. By sharing your story, we can begin to process the trauma from experience to a new understanding, while remaining in the present.
I have a Master's degree in Psychology. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I am also a Child Mental Health Specialist with a background in teaching. My specialty is childhood trauma, (children and adults), grief and PTSD Nero divergent individuals such as ADHD, OCD, Autism spectrum
I enjoy learning about ways we can change and understand our human existence. We are thinking, feeling and doing beings. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides a framework to identify ways to do it differently and better. Trauma treatment modalities like EMDR may support processing neurological and physiological reactions and being able to feel secure and safe while staying connected to others more fully. Our story is just that; we write it and edit it. We get to choose the chapters and path of our lives, through the unknowns, mysteries and celebrations.

Hello, I’m Charles, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping adults build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. Hi there, my name is Lee. I am a bi-racial, first-generation Vietnamese-American, and I believe the best therapy happens when we bring our full, authentic selves into the room. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I have a passion for working with couples and diverse populations. My goal is to truly understand and connect, offering a space filled with warmth, radical acceptance, clear accountability, and—fair warning—the occasional painful dad joke.
Hello, and welcome! My name is Theresa McDowell, PhD and I’m a dedicated School Psychologist and licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience in mental health and education. I specialize in supporting individuals across various stages of life, offering evidence-based interventions to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and grief.
I work with individual adults and certain families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, sad, lonely, sensitive, anxious, or defeated. If you're feeling heavy by everything going on, or feeling frantic, or having conflict in your relationships or are just feeling lost in any way, I would love to see if I can help! I also work with family units going through transition or strain, such as conflict between a parent and their adult child, or supporting parents who are experiencing difficult things with their child or teen.
I have a lot of experience helping people through loss, whether it's a breakup, losing a job, or a loved one - including loss of a pet, which is a specialty of mine. I have special interest in supporting other therapists, and also community organizers and activists who are engaged in social justice work. Many of my clients are trans or NB, and others are gay, lesbian, or queer. Poly and kink affirming.
I offer telehealth services to clients in California, Idaho, Washington, or Virginia.
