Through a trauma informed and person-centered lens, I want to help clients explore concerns relating to shame, depression, anxiety, identity, and more.

I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. I create a space where you can be yourself and feel a sense of belonging, without judgment. I value both family connection and your privacy. Most of all, I believe real change starts with a genuine, comfortable relationship.
