With 12 years of mental health experience, I support adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, disordered eating, low self-esteem, career uncertainty, and relationship or family-of-origin concerns. I have a special interest in working with Asian American adults and adoptees exploring identity and cultural or family expectations.

I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University with the goal of addressing the growing need for accessible, compassionate mental health services in her surrounding communities. Starla's services include initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. She treats clients 6 years and older. Starla specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and PTSD.

Dr. Paul Okoronkwo is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience in treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders. He has worked in multiple mental health hospitals and healthcare facilities since 2015. He received his master's and doctoral de­grees from Walden University.
