My background includes outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, and international clinical work, which has given me experience supporting people across many stages of life.

Much of my work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to relationships, family life, school, or work.

Through my training, I have found that the brain and body have incredible healing mechanisms hardwired into them. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and later completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon.
