Dr. Adolf Malik, DNP, APRN, completed his master’s degree at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, followed by a post-master’s and a doctoral degree in nursing practice at Winston-Salem State University, NC. He also completed a post-doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health practice at Frontier Nursing University. He is board-certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry; a Family Nurse Practitioner, a DOT Medical Examiner, and a SAMHSA (X-Waiver) addiction provider.

After getting my master's in counseling psychology decades ago, there has been a strong focus in helping others process through trauma, depression, anxiety and other mental health symptoms getting in the way of living one's best life, I am a licensed mental health counselor who uses several skills and techniques to help people heal.

I’m Zsuzsanna (“Zsuzsi”) Balogh, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree from Seattle University. I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy. My background includes outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatry, eating-disorder treatment, substance-use recovery, foster care and disability services, and experience with TMS.
