I founded LegaCEE Counseling and Consulting in 2019 after noticing the oversight of minority individuals and families, their culture and their mental health needs. I currently work with adolescents, teens and young adults desiring to process through trauma, make behavioral changes, dealing with life adjustments and/or in need of affirmation and support.

She specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and evidence‐based medication management for adults with complex mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma‐related conditions, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Her DNP training strengthened her leadership, clinical decision‐making, and commitment to measurement‐based, patient‐centered care. Rita is known for her calm, empathetic communication style and her ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams to support safe, individualized, and trauma‐informed treatment.

Dr. Ifeoma (Ify) Elebo is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. My approach is to empower the individual through a holistic problem-solving process. My focus areas include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Substance abuse.

I received my Master's Degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. I provided community-based mental healthcare and school-based mental healthcare before beginning my practice. I enjoy working with young people and adults to identify goals, harness strengths, and manage barriers to success.

Hi hi! I’m Kaitlyn, an LCSW in Virginia specializing in grief therapy and anxiety management. I spend my days in a school division providing mental health services to rural kiddos, and then I come home to chase my own kiddos. Providing therapy brings me back to myself, as strange as that sounds. I am fueled by helping others!
