Grace Lamour (she/her) is a trauma-informed, culturally competent therapist passionate about helping clients gain insight, resilience, and self-awareness. As a child of immigrants, Grace deeply understands how identity, cultural expectations, and oppression influence mental health.
She supports clients with anxiety, generational trauma, and self-worth through CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered techniques. Grace creates a collaborative, accessible space for individuals and families—especially BIPOC and first-gen clients—to process, heal, and thrive.
Xiaofang "Hannah" Ingram is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly a decade of experience in psychiatric care settings, licensed as a PMHNP since 2022. She joined Blacksburg Psychiatry to provide comprehensive mental health evaluation, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan.
