Hello, I am a psychotherapist (LCSW) from the Hampton Roads area, born and raised. I like to help people get to where they want to be in life, no matter what it is. I obtained my masters degree from Norfolk State University, where I am currently an adjunct instructor. I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with training in both primary care and psychiatric mental health. I have extensive experience providing care in community, correctional, and integrated care settings, where I work with individuals managing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns.

I value thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making to help clients better understand their symptoms and treatment options. I have more than 25 years of experience assessing and treating adolescents, adults, and families. Hi, I’m Dr. Deneice, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a doctoral-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and owner of Eden Total Care.

I provide concierge-style virtual psychiatric care for young-feeling adults at any age who are navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, PMDD, ADHD, autism-related concerns, mood symptoms, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and diagnostic uncertainty.
