Hi I'm Blair, a licensed clinical social worker with experience in behavioral health, residential, and community-based settings. My work is rooted in a relational, intuitive approach, with a strong focus on the connection between mind and body. I care a lot about helping people reconnect, with themselves, their bodies, and the world around them. Outside of therapy, I’m deeply drawn to nature and have led outdoor programs for adolescents around the world, which continues to shape how I show up in this work. Because of this background, I am offering walk and talk sessions in addition to virtual. I aim to be authentic, present, and genuinely curious with the people I work with.

Hi there, my name’s Ephraim and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses.

I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a down-to-earth, supportive, nonjudgmental, and open-minded Board Certified Psychiatric NP. I began my work in psychiatric care as a registered nurse treating patients in various hospital settings who were experiencing a mental health crisis. For a more rewarding 1-on-1 approach, I returned to grad school and earned a Masters, and chose to become certified as a Psychiatric NP. I am honored and fortunate to have the opportunity to manage medications for kids and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Panic, Sleep problems, and other ailments from a place of encouragement and respect and based on an ever growing library of peer reviewed scientific literature and medical treatment guidelines.

First and foremost, I enjoy meeting people, getting to know the way they think, making people comfortable, and then seeing how I can help or support. I enjoy seeing people grow through their challenges and find progress in their goals. I've spent much of my career working in psychiatric hospitals managing crisis, doing family and adolescent counseling, and have built several addiction counseling programs. I and am currently working as the Clinical Director for an addiction medical clinic, but looking at building up my private practice for more independence. I'm always up to learning something new as I meet new people, and am looking forward to seeing how I can help.
