I love working with children, adolescents and adults who may struggle with anxiety, depression, family issues, or any other day-to-day challenges. I have a Ph.D in Counseling. I've been a therapist since 1984 and I listen very well. I help clients with anxiety, depression and relationship issues and more.

Therapy is self-care. I want my client's therapeutic experience to be the best one possible as I know they are using the small amount of time they have to work on themselves. I am the therapist I would want for myself. I am collaborative, knowledgeable, I help simplify the complicated, put words to experiences, feelings, and thoughts, and guide clients in what to do with their findings. I am the therapist you do "the work" with.
