I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing, and I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, neurodivergence, and the complicated stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into a diagnostic box.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. More than anything, I believe good mental health care starts with actually listening to you. I want to know what’s working, what isn’t, what you’ve already tried, and what you want your life to feel like.

Kim is a professional licensed counselor/mental health service provider in the State of Tennessee & Florida. Kim has special training and skill in assessing patient mental health and treating cognitive, psychological, and behavioral disorders using a wide variety of therapy techniques. "In life, we have all endured tough times. I had to deal with childhood trauma and marital issues. I have worked on pleasing people and realizing I am the real me. Life is not easy, and we all have things we can work on".

I’ve got tools to help you feel more balanced and in control! I work with adults and I’m passionate about supporting first responders (IAFF-trained and always learning!) and anyone navigating addiction. I have a masters in clinical counseling with a specialization in trauma and addiction. Think of me as your partner in creating calm, confidence, and positive change—in a totally judgment-free zone.

I am Victoria Cruse Motter, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of issues, including family conflicts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, substance use, chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. My background includes providing counseling in various settings, such as schools, autism centers, pre-schools, juvenile justice programs, and residential group homes for youth in CYS custody. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Pennsylvania State University.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 20 years of nursing and nursing education experience. I offer both therapy and medication management so you can get the support you need in one place if that feels right for you.
