I believe the greatest relationship one could ever have is the one with themselves. Oftentimes, we tend to get lost in the expectations of our families, society, culture, relationships, religion, etc., and find ourselves unhappy with the person staring back at us. Regardless of which of these feels true, the journey to yourself can be scary, uncertain, and uncomfortable; however, not impossible. Together, with you in mind, I aim to serve as a guide to assist you with healing past hurts by helping you become more self-aware; accepting and trusting your feelings and experiences; alleviating your distress; and living an authentic life.
Life offers so much to be enjoyed and known and shared. I offer a therapeutic relationship that is designed to help you live your life more fully. Whatever your struggle, suffering feels worse without support. Information and skills may help you work within your circumstances. Yet, emotional connections and corrective experiences within therapy often effect the most change! Together, we are likely to find more optimistic outcomes.
As a graduate of Regent University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am trained to provide professional care for diagnosable symptoms, but my view and approach holds that people are able to be their best self by experiencing their own inner healing and through healthy relationships. My clinical training included serving in a group foster home for teens and working in two group private practices. I have helped improve lives with a wide range of clients, including self-harming adolescents. Helping couples deepen their bond and reduce conflict has been my private practice passion since 2020; I have training across multiple modalities, including EFT, Gottman, IFS, RLT and Brainspotting. Within couples or individual therapy, I regularly help clients process difficult experiences and developmental trauma. Then, they have more capacity for relational and skills-based learning to propel them into seasons of greater internal and external peace and happiness.
I provide Couple Therapy to help reconnect, feel close again, and move beyond repetitive arguments by getting to the deeper hurt and needs beneath the conflict. Individual Therapy for adults 21+ who are healing after emotionally harmful relationships and want to move toward healthier love, trust, and connection. This work often requires support for anxiety, depression, past emotional wounds, and the painful patterns that can make it hard to feel safe in relationships.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard and supported. I pride myself on being a proactive advocate for my clients, ensuring that every strategy we implement is tailored to their unique long-term goals.

It is my privilege to support clients as they work toward greater balance, clarity, and fulfillment in their lives.
I have a passion for working with people and providing space and time for healing. Often the most hopeless situations are where the beauty will appear. That does not mean everything will be perfect, but it does mean you can learn to function well and enjoy your life.
