Growing up in Africa as part of a large family with limited resources, I learned the values of resilience, perseverance, and community. My journey was not without challenges. I struggled with confidence, questioned my worth, and often felt unseen and ignored . Those experiences shaped my understanding of how deeply people need to feel valued, understood, and supported. Today, in my work as a therapist, I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Hello! I have been practicing mental health counseling for 15 years. I started my career in community mental health, working with people living with severe and persistent mental illness, dual diagnoses, trauma, and homelessness.

I attended The Cleveland Institute of Art for my BA in Fine Art, followed by Ursuline College for my MA in Art Therapy and Counseling.
