I obtained my Master's Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University in 2005 after studying oppressed and marginalized populations living in and around the NYC region. After working for several years with youth and adults in a variety of settings including in-homes, schools, and health-care settings, I obtained my Licensed Clinical Social Work credentials in 2009. I am also a NJ Certified Social Work Clinical supervisor. I look forward to our time spent together.

I am an LCSW with many years experience working with trauma survivors and mothers. I teach DBT skills to help you manage stress and relationships and build a life worth living. Then I utilize IFS and EMDR to help you process past trauma so you can feel even better.

Hello and welcome! I have been assisting clients with navigating some of the most difficult stages of life. I have provided services with clients between the ages of 4 and 96. I specialize in aging, grief/loss and life transitions.

My ideal client is someone wrestling with feelings of shame, guilt, and a lack of authenticity. They may be navigating societal pressures or personal challenges that keep them from embracing who they are fully. Often, they feel held back by the weight of living up to others' expectations and yearn for a life where they can be unapologetically themselves. They want a space to explore and validate their lived experiences, uncover their genuine self, and build a life that feels both radically authentic and fulfilling.
