Anxiety and worry play a role in all of our lives. It can cause us feel stuck or make even the smallest decision seem impossible. You are not alone, many feel the same way everyday. Having children, parenting, illness, the loss of a loved one, divorce/relationship ending and changing jobs can all be sources of increased stress and worry. These stressors can impact our emotions causing our anxiety to become overwhelming. Learning to handle strong emotions and developing emotional intelligence is key to managing our life stressors.
