Dr. Cindy Ruelas-Tafolla's path to becoming a clinician began at age 13 with the sudden loss of her father — an experience that planted the seed of her life's purpose: to be the kind of support she needed during her own darkest moments.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara, her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and her Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from USC.

Over two decades, she has served as a Medical Social Worker, Case Manager, and Behavioral Health Therapist — bringing doctoral-level depth, board-certified credentials, and genuine compassion to every client she works with.

My name is Tami and I am a LCSW in HI, AK, VA, and NV.I live on the island of Molokai and am so grateful to be fishing as much as possible. The ocean is my heaven and I absolutely love feeling the sand between my toes and the fresh ocean water on my skin. I love my two sons, but I love my poodle, Honey Pa'ele , even more. I love providing services using a trauma informed approach along with solution focused therapy. I have a strong background in domestic violence, substance abuse and I support my clients with a trauma informed approach. Percy Ford, MC, LPC-MHSP established Lighthouse Correctional Counseling and Mental Health Services in 2012 to provide Individual Psychotherapy, Family Counseling, Group Therapy and Couples Counseling to offenders and their families. Mr. Ford earned a BS in Social Work from Tuskegee University in 1997 and graduated from Argosy University School of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences in 2007 with a MA in Professional Counseling.
