Sometimes the hardest thing to lose isn't your way—it's your trust in yourself.
Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking every decision, carrying everyone else's expectations, or feeling like you should be able to handle everything on your own. Maybe life has knocked you around a bit, and now you're tired of feeling like you're just getting through the day instead of actually living it.
Therapy with me is a place to bring the messy, complicated, sometimes ridiculous parts of being human—the overthinking, the stress, the doubts, and the moments where you're just trying to figure out how to do this whole life thing. We'll have honest conversations, laugh when we can, and work together toward meaningful change.
I'm Arianna Killebrew, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all process. People are too unique for that. We'll figure out what actually fits you, because you're a person—not a problem to solve.
My background includes work in domestic violence shelters, schools, outpatient mental health, and legal and child welfare systems. Across these settings, I've sat with people through some of life's hardest moments and learned that people are rarely "too much" or "too complicated"—they're often carrying more than anyone realizes.
I don't just sit back and listen. I pay attention to the little things—the things you brush off, the things you've normalized, and the moments where you stop trusting yourself.
Understanding yourself is important, but I don't want therapy to stop there. I want you to leave trusting yourself more—feeling more confident in your choices and your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.
You don't have to walk into therapy knowing what to say or having everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. We'll take it from there.
Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from Nevada, Arizona, and South Carolina. I’ve been described as tenacious when I advocated for community mental health services in Arizona. Now, I am encouraging personal advocacy.
My clients should know that I truly care about their well-being and take the time to listen. I want them to feel comfortable, respected, and never rushed. I believe in providing care that is compassionate, thorough, and personalized to their needs. I also value honesty, trust, and clear communication, so clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My areas of expertise include sexual abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse, parenting, and leadership. I have presented at many local, state, and national professional conferences and have taught many masters’ level mental health courses for the past 20+ years. Currently, I am the Assistant Program Director and Associate Professor of Counseling at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Prior to my work in counseling and academia, I served a tour of duty in Germany as an officer in the US Army and then back in America as a bank branch manager. I graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Corporate Communications (BA) and Educational Psychology (M.Ed.) and at the University of the Cumberlands (Ph.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision.
Hi, I'm Aimie. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My background is unique in that it combines traditional psychotherapy with years of behavioral training, allowing me to understand not only why people think and feel the way they do, but also how those patterns show up in everyday life.
Throughout my career, I've worked extensively with individuals with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, perfectionism, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in couples therapy and have spent many years supporting children and families navigating neurodiversity.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation with someone who truly understands you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

I am becoming very specialized in relational issues, whether meeting with couples or individuals. As a society, so many are struggling in relationships, connections, and sexuality.
