Began my career as a case manager, working with children and young adults experiencing challenges managing their emotions. Working with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I then completed my Masters in Counseling degree, withan emphasis on Marriage, Family and Child therapy. My experience assisting in Couples counseling sessions has encouraged me to focus on the "Union's" and the "Individual's" needs of the relationship. Providing stress management skills for phase of life transition for the younger and older population has been my pleasure.

I’m a fully licensed CPC clinician who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and addiction. Growing up in Europe sparked my curiosity about people and my passion for helping others move toward healing and personal growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California, Nevada, and Connecticut. I started my work as a therapist in New York after obtaining my Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University. I have been working as a therapist for the last twelve years. Over my career I have dedicated myself to ongoing study and have obtained training and certifications in several evidenced based treatment interventions to treat family issues, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders.
