My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck - whether from the pressures of work, family, trauma, or life transitions. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many are high functioning professionals, first responders, healthcare workers, or veterans who've spent years putting others first and are now realizing their own mental health needs attention. They're seeking a provider who listens, validates, and offers practical, stigma-free care to ease symptoms, improve focus and sleep, and regain balance with a collaborative, holistic plan.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard and supported. I pride myself on being a proactive advocate for my clients, ensuring that every strategy we implement is tailored to their unique long-term goals.

I am a therapist that is focused on helping people with sex and sexuality issues. I am currently a member of AASECT (American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors , and Therapists. I am open minded, solution-oriented, and compassionate towards clients.

I'm a certified nurse practitioner of 10 years. I've been caring for patients with psychiatric conditions for the past 5 years. My goal is to create a space where you can be open, honest, and as expressive as you need to be.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned a bachelor’s degree in education in 2003 and a master’s degree in counseling in 2005, both from Missouri State University.

For the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work with students and parents, in high school, middle school and elementary settings, as an educator and Professional School Counselor. Over the years, I have also worked with many struggling youth during my role as a Missouri Options Liaison, as well as a Community Service Liaison, providing outreach in the community. More recently, I received court mediator training, which provided new insight into conflict resolution procedures. Prior to counseling, I was an elementary teacher, working with students to help them achieve academic goals, while also facilitating emotional growth, and social awareness as well.

For over 20 years I have worked with students of all ages, as well as many parents and families. I specialize in helping one navigate the neurodivergent brain, anxiety and depression in adolescent youth, family counseling, couple’s counseling, emotional and social struggles, as well as adults working through childhood trauma.
