I'm Olja Haglund, a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Michigan. I work with adults only, and I bring a warm, direct presence to every session. I speak both English and Albanian fluently and welcome clients from Albanian-speaking communities across Michigan and beyond. Hi, I’m Sarah Kuretzky, a Licensed Professional Counselor with graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and families using a trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical approach. I specialize in anxiety, trauma responses, relationship patterns, emotional regulation, body image, women’s health issues, hormone-related mood changes, sexual dysfunction, parenting stress, and life transitions. My style is collaborative and direct, helping clients reduce shame, build insight, regulate emotions, communicate more clearly, and create meaningful change.

I obtained by master's degree in 2023 from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma therapy, PTSD treatment, anxiety and OCD treatment, and substance use/addiction. I have additional experience working with survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence and human trafficking. I have recently obtained my credential as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP).

With 19 years of behavioral health experience, I bring extensive experience in addiction and recovery and am trained in EMDR through the Francine Shapiro EMDR Institute. I understand that people are more than a diagnosis and that the ways we learn to cope often make sense in the context of what we have lived through—even when those same patterns are no longer helping us today.

My style is warm, genuine, and direct. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard while also doing meaningful work toward change. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I tailor therapy to your needs, goals, strengths, and readiness.

I offer IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS in Goodyear, Arizona, serving the West Valley, as well as virtual therapy throughout Arizona, Wisconsin, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, and New Jersey.

I support adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, complex trauma and PTSD, substance and alcohol use, grief, major life transitions, career questions, and relationship concerns. I’m an LPCC-S and LICDC, and I see therapy as a way to regain a stronger sense of agency in your life.

Dr. Murphy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 40 years of experience in counseling individuals and families. She specializes in various areas of psychotherapy in including – Christian focused, Trauma focused, Addiction and recovery, Veteran PTSD and Military sexual trauma, depression/anxiety/bipolar disorder, Grief and victims of abuse.
