My clinical experience includes work as a residential therapist, in a faith-based private practice, facilitating counseling services in correctional facilities, and in hospital emergency psychiatric units supporting individuals in crisis. I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists.

I primarily work with adults 18 and older, offering a safe, supportive, and professional environment. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, integrating CBT and DBT techniques to promote balance, resilience, and personal growth.

Hi there, my name is Tyler White, and I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 5 years. I'm a young clinician that enjoys connecting with individuals and going on their journey with them. Born and raised in the metropolitan Detroit area, I received my bachelor's of arts degree in psychology from Oakland University and earned my Master of Social Work at Wayne State University. I work mainly with adults but have an interest and a passion for working with individual in the 20's and 30's (and up). To help them explore their anxieties, relationship difficulties, depressive features and the many different transitions or changes within their lives. Which can cause many uncertainties, distress, and lack of connection.

Linda is a Licensed Practicing Counselor, (LPC), with 10 years’ experience. She has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and she has a Master’s in Higher Education: She is trained in various trauma interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy.
