Hi, I’m Tammy. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation—a two-sided dialogue built on warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand your unique story.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and open-minded environment where we can work together to turn your challenges into strengths
I was born and raised in Michigan. I love the four seasons and all of the college and professional sport teams. I have over 20 years of behavioral health experience and both mental health and substance abuse. I also hold a certificate from Western Michigan University for treating drug and alcohol addictions.
I have over 20 years of working with diverse populations. I enjoy building relationships with my clients that focuses on your strengths, identify barriers to your goals and help you navigate ways to get to where you want to be. I use an evidence based holistic approach that is client-centered. Whether you’re wanting to focus on your sexual health, addictions, sexual assault, domestic violence, grief, loss, raising children, you name it! I have successfully supported hundreds of folks who want to live their best life on their terms! Give me a call today and you’ll see why clients say, “I'm the BEST at helping you get there!”
I have been doing this work since 2009 — which means I have sat with a lot of people through a lot of different kinds of hard. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with a dual focus in professional counseling and marriage and family therapy, and my career has moved through two distinct chapters that have shaped how I practice. The first half was spent in the world of substance use — working with individuals and families where the stakes were high and the complexity was real. The last several years have been in private practice, where I've worked with the full range of human struggle: depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorders, parenting stress, and the disorienting moments when life shifts beneath your feet. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. Very few things surprise me at this point — and that's exactly what makes this work feel safe.
Many people reach out for counseling when life feels heavier than usual—when relationships are strained, emotions feel harder to manage, or when they feel overwhelmed with grief. for more than a decade, I have been helping families and individuals of all ages to cope, process and navigate around these issues. My goal is to offer a space where you do not have to hold all of that alone.
I’m an Indiana and Michigan Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping young adults, adults, and older adults (65+) manage life transitions, emotional stress, and everyday overwhelm. As a fully virtual provider, I offer flexible, confidential online therapy to clients across Michigan.
I spent 20 years working toward this moment, and I bring that same patience and care to everyone I work with. My background spans family nursing, somatic psychology, and psychiatric care across settings from detox units to community mental health. I specialize in supporting adults through substance use and alcohol recovery, depression, PTSD, and trauma, including people whose mental health has been shaped by chronic pain or physical hardship. My approach is collaborative and unhurried. You set the pace, and we build from there.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2013 and hold LPC and NCC credentials. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication from Ferris State University. Much of my experience comes from public mental health settings, where I’ve worked with diverse populations across a wide range of needs. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Infant Mental Health.
Hello, my name is Sharna DeLuca. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing since 2008. I specialize in helping people manage and reduce their stress, depression and anxiety. I have a passion for assisting clients with developing healthier communication skills.
My work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational. I begin with “What happened and how did your nervous system learn to survive it?” Emotional neglect is painful precisely because it is invisible. I create a space where your inner experience is met with steadiness, clarity, and care. Healing attachment wounds requires presence that stays.
Whether you're navigating personal challenges, supporting your child through a difficult transition, or seeking stronger family connections, you don't have to figure it out alone. With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over a decade of specialized experience across school, residential, and outpatient settings, I help clients of all ages build resilience and practical strategies for lasting change. Together, we’ll turn complex emotional and behavioral challenges into clear paths forward. My aim is to help my patients feel empowered in and out of sessions.
