Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in business and other practical, people-focused roles, which gave me a firsthand understanding of the competing demands and pressures of everyday life.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with over 30 years of clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in the field, including inpatient and crisis care, women's addiction treatment, school counseling, and long-term individual therapy. I am also a certified Christian counselor, which means I welcome clients who want faith to be part of their healing without it feeling forced or out of place. My work has taken me from evaluating and triaging crisis intervention, individual and group long term therapy, directing a residential substance use program and supporting students with learning, developmental and adjustment challenges. Through it all, one thing has stayed the same: I genuinely care about the people sitting across from me. I bring a genuine, compassionate, and patient presence to every session. I bring over 15 years of experience in social work, mental health, and human services, working with individuals, teens, families, and couples across community, healthcare, and correctional settings. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use, and re-entry after incarceration. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with extensive experience in trauma, grief and bereavement, hospice and palliative care, substance use, recovery, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Wheelock College, along with a Certificate in Medical Social Work, and later completed training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research through the California Institute of Integral Studies. I also have experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and bring an integrative, trauma-informed perspective to my work. I especially enjoy working with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I earned both my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Columbia University. My clinical training includes experience in outpatient community health, school-based mental health, private practice, and child, adolescent, and adult inpatient psychiatry. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a detox and rehab facility serving individuals with substance use disorders, including low-income, formerly incarcerated, and unhoused populations.
