Hello, I’m Adedayo, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience including experienced across medical-surgical, skilled nursing, inpatient psychiatric care, and addiction medicine settings. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston and my Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from South College in Tennessee.

I specialize in treating adults ages 18–65 experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and other chronic mental health conditions. Hi, I'm Trudy Carl, LICSW. I bring over 15 years of experience in social work, mental health, and human services, working with individuals, teens, families, and couples across community, healthcare, and correctional settings. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use, and re-entry after incarceration. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I have worked in community mental health since 2014. My educational background focused on addictions and marriage and family counseling. I have training in motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches to building change.
