If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, stuck, or worn down by stress, trauma, relationships, or health concerns, therapy can help you find a clearer path forward. My style is warm, practical, and evidence-based, while always tailored to you as a person.
If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space to work through substance use, mental health concerns, trauma, or a major life transition, I’m here to help. I’m a bilingual Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC I) who supports adolescents, adults, and families in English and Spanish. Seeing Patients in MA and NH. About me, For YOU! I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My current specialty is treating patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Opioid use disorder with suboxone. As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. In addition to any medications that may be prescribed, therapy is encouraged to all patients. I believe in mindfulness, exercise, and behavioral therapies.
I work with clients who are ready to try something different — or who've tried talk therapy before and felt like something was still stuck.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating concerns, and emotional regulation. I'm trained in EMDR, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD — it helps process difficult memories in a way that doesn't require you to re-live every detail out loud. For clients who connect better through creativity than conversation, I also offer art therapy as part of our work together.
I work with adolescents and adults across Western Massachusetts via telehealth, with some of the most flexible scheduling in the area — mornings, evenings, and weekends available.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Music Therapist (MTBC). I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Therapies from Lesley University.
