I have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, substance use, Men's issues, and relationship stress. I am an experienced therapist helping individual clients cope with addictions, trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also work with couples on common struggles such as conflict resolution, lack of connection, and reduced physical intimacy. I use evidence-based methods enabling clients to achieve their desired goals.

I do Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy. I currently facilitate a Bereavement Group which meets at my Brookline office every Saturday from 2-4pm. I also run groups for substance abuse, depression and anxiety. In addition, I have a lot of experience counseling children of all ages. I am a firm believer in strength-based psychotherapy.
