I’m Angela, a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and sleep disorders, as well as life transitions related to relationships, career, and personal growth. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where every client feels heard and empowered.

For the past 3.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading a multi-site inpatient unit, supporting individuals with persistent mental illness and substance use as they work toward stability and recovery. Now, I’m stepping into private practice and writing my next chapter. I’m licensed in Florida and passionate about making care accessible and meaningful. I’m Sean Bourgeoise, a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Psychology. I specialize in helping adults and young professionals work through problem gambling, substance use, and anxiety. My style is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you build insight and create meaningful change.

I graduated from Smith College School of Social Work in Northampton, MA, in 2002 and have been helping people with various mental health issues since that time. I have been trained in psychodynamic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing, among other modalities.
