I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including infertility, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and transitions into and through parenthood. I also provide infertility consultations as requested by fertility clinics and doctors, following ASRM guidelines, to support individuals and couples using donor conception or gestational carriers.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for integrative, whole-person care. By blending the principles of integrative psychiatry with a deep understanding of adult medicine, I am committed to treating the mind and body as a unified system. I believe that true wellness requires dedicated attention to both.

A bit about my educational journey: Upon Graduating from High School in Oregon, I headed East. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College in Boston where I minored in Psychology. My Masters in Clinical Mental Health came years later from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem issues, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life. My approach is practical and compassionate—I help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and make changes that fit your life. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged.

I work with adults who may appear to be managing life well but privately feel anxious, lonely, stuck in their relationships, or caught in patterns they understand intellectually but can't seem to change.

Originally trained as a psychologist in Australia, I bring nearly two decades of clinical experience to my work in the US. My style is warm, straightforward, and engaged—I won't simply sit back and nod.
