Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping people find freedom from various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma to name a few. My own personal difficulties have taught me how to have compassion and patience when helping others. I am a Christian Counselor that utilizes traditional ways of helping people while also offering a faith-based approach which can be beneficial on the road to freedom.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My experience as a counselor comes from my own personal difficulties and through proper education. I use traditional methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Complex Trauma Education, and simply being a good listener. It is important that a person feels comfortable and understood when they come for help. I believe with the experience I have, that I am able to provide a comfortable safe place to share your burdens while also providing tools to manage any issues you are dealing with.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you will learn tools to regulate emotions, effectively manage challenges and find peace in the midst of storms. I am a Christian Counselor and have seen what the power of God can do in a willing vessel.
