I work best with driven people experiencing a big change. Perhaps, despite your best efforts, things aren’t working out as you’d hoped. Or perhaps you’ve gotten all you wanted and it doesn’t satisfy. I work often with D1 athletes & pros (as well as their family members). I love supporting the romantic partners of people in the public eye. Though I often work with athletes I am not a Sports Psych. In fact, I don’t even follow sports! I’m here for the rest of your life and identity.

Most people arrive at therapy carrying something they've never said out loud. My job is to make saying it possible by being someone worth trusting with it.

I've been a practicing counselor for over a decade. I also teach and supervise the next generation of therapists, which keeps me sharp and current. But experience and credentials aren't what makes the work good. What makes therapy work is that I'm a real person in the room with you: direct when that helps, quiet when that helps more. I will never ask you to do something I'm not willing to do myself.

My education isn't limited to my degrees. My clients have taught me more about resilience, compassion, and what it means to live fully than any program did. I hold that as sacred, and I take you as seriously as I take that.

As your therapist, I want to welcome you to our therapy space. I strive

to provide you with a safe and compassionate environment where you

can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

We will focus on cultivating self-compassion, an understanding

approach towards yourself during times of struggle or difficulty.

Together, we will work towards fostering a deeper sense of self. We will

focus on key components like self-kindness, common humanity, and

mindfulness. I believe in the value of shared human experiences.

Therapeutic interventions may include and are not limited to guided

meditation, cognitive reframing, and other creative expressive

therapies. We will explore your experiences with warmth and empathy,

fostering a deeper connection to your inner wisdom and resilience.

As your therapist, I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work, I have a solid educational foundation. My work with the active-duty military, specifically combat-related PTSD, has equipped me with a deep understanding of trauma's impact. I specialize in working with adults addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. Together we'll explore evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs, fostering healing, growth, and well-being.
