In addition to individual therapy, I specialize in marriage and pre-marital counseling. I help couples at all stages build resilient foundations, repair emotional disconnections, and foster a deeper sense of intimacy and mutual understanding.

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and I work with individuals age 5 and up. I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and involved in their care.

With extensive training and multiple certifications, I’m able to connect with people from many different backgrounds and meet you exactly where you are.

I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating stress, trauma, emotional challenges, and major life transitions.
