I’m Richshawna Sims, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s most challenging moments. My approach is grounded in compassion, practicality, and a deep understanding that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and empowered.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of behavioral health settings—from community-based services and managed care to leadership roles within national organizations. This experience allows me to bring a well-rounded, real-world perspective to the counseling process, blending clinical expertise with practical strategies that clients can apply in their daily lives.

In addition to counseling, I have extensive experience in training, program development, and care management, which enhances my ability to support clients with complex needs and connect them to meaningful resources.

As a practice owner, I am committed to providing services that are not only effective but also responsive to the unique needs of each individual and family I serve.

I am a native of Coastal Georgia. He attended St. Leo University, where I obtained my undergraduate degree in Human Resources. I went on to obtain two Master’s degrees: one in Public Administration, from Columbus State University and the other in Clinical Counseling, from South University.

I'm JW "Cliff" Williams, I completed a M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015. I'm a Licensed Counselor in Georgia and hold National Board Certification through NBCC. I'm also a Master Addiction Counselor. My theoretical orientation combines elements of REBT, Reality Therapy, and ACT. Clients have described me as "down to Earth" and I like that description. My goal is to help you learn and discover the things about YOU which are intensifying your emotional difficulties. My job is to help you identify the power and provide you with the tools to achieve your goals.

Having over a decade of experience working in multiple settings with varied populations, pales in comparison to my innate drive to support others along their individualized journeys of growth, healing, recovery, increased awareness and/or self understanding.

I have 12 years’ experience counseling all backgrounds and ages including men, women, mothers, professionals, veterans, and teens who have dealt with anxiety, depression, addiction, family and career issues, etc. My clients often tell me that I have a unique way of explaining ideas and perspectives to them that makes it easy for them to understand and apply.
