My experience includes mental health treatment, substance use treatment, eating disorder treatment, intensive family therapy, and grief work. I view each person within the context of their relationships, environment, and life experiences, and tailor treatment to meet their unique needs.

I believe that therapy is a journey that first begins with the courage to heal. Therapy should be a safe place to heal, discover, grow, and find moments of selah--which means to pause and reflect. I remain objective and non-judgmental, while still developing close working relationships that are productive and challenging. I specialize in improving thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and outcomes.
