I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image issues, life transitions, and trauma who want to build a better future. I have been told by clients and colleagues I am warm, caring, skilled, and authentic. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients achieve more skillful ways of coping.
