Susan Goodwin is a highly qualified and experienced therapist holding licenses as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). With a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges, Susan brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.

I'm also a Certified School Counselor — which means I've spent decades not just in therapy offices, but inside schools, alongside kids and families navigating the real, daily pressures of growing up, parenting, and finding your way.

I understand what it looks like when anxiety shows up in a classroom, when ADHD affects a family's daily life, or when an eating disorder hides behind achievement. And I know how to create a space where children, teens, and adults alike feel safe enough to actually open up.

Abhita Malhotra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes that meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. With extensive experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and co-occurring concerns, Abhita brings warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and a sense of humor into the therapy room. She believes therapy should feel human—not clinical or one-size-fits-all—and works to build relationships in which clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides a sophisticated intellectual partnership for adults who feel internally chaotic despite external high-performance. My approach is designed for the intellectually curious—the high-achiever navigating "fraud" syndrome, complex trauma, or intense emotional volatility. I offer a high-fidelity space where we move beyond standard therapeutic scripts to name the underlying patterns you have been living in but could not quite see.

I have 30 years of experience of helping those with those who have mental health, addictions and relationship problems. I am honored to help all who seek help with any of these issues. I help clients find solutions in a safe and non-judgmental place.

I truly believe I was born to help others, and caring for people has been a passion throughout my adult life. With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed counselor, I've had the opportunity to support people through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, mood disorders, and many of life's difficult transitions.

My experience has taken me across a variety of settings and populations, including more than 10 years working with teens. I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and I want you to know that you deserve a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
