Hi, I'm Diana — a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals and families, including older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. My background spans schools, foster care, supportive housing for youth, and outpatient mental health across New York and Florida. I know how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly understands your culture, your language, and the pressures you carry — whether that's family expectations, being the one everyone else leans on, health changes, caregiving, or figuring out who you are apart from everyone else's needs. Many of the people I work with are holding it together for everyone around them while quietly running on empty. I have over 25 years of professional experience in addition to having a dual degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Hi, I’m Tracy, I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of experience in nursing and mental health care. I provide compassionate, individualized treatment for children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions and other mental health illnesses. I have a passion for supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, panic attacks and social isolation.

I take a holistic, patient centered approach to care, which means I look beyond just the symptoms. I consider the whole person, mind, body, and spirit because I believe true healing comes from addressing every part of who we are. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Jacksonville University and completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry at St. Thomas University. I’m currently working toward my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at St. Thomas University, which allows me to stay up to date with the latest research and continue improving how I serve my clients.

Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient settings, and telehealth environments, giving me a broad understanding of how mental health shows up in different stages and spaces of life.
