I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual ADHD therapy for individuals, couples, and families struggling with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, relationship stress, and chronic follow-through difficulties.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.

This foundation allows me to help individuals, couples, and families address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.

Drawing from twenty years of experience in education and principal of therapeutic schools, I have developed the art of conflict resolution with reticent learners, with parents, with couples and individuals. I have the skillset to support people and transform their perceptions of self to cope with communication issues, anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. My empathetic approach offers people to find positive and creative techniques. I am highly gifted in working to establish and enhance relationships between parent and child/husband and wife using conflict resolution to create opportunities. As a clinician of almost ten years, I interact exceedingly well with individuals and couples to support positive communication and achieve personal growth whether it be in a marriage, parenting/school skills, or within oneself. My understanding, compassion, and acceptance of people when they enter therapy create a safe and trusting environment to unpack problems and develop strategies that enhance well-being, stability, and alternative perspectives on how to address struggles/conflicts.

I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and deeply committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively toward meaningful change. My approach is supportive, practical, and goal-oriented, helping you build insight, coping skills, and confidence at your own pace.

I am the wife of a veteran, and mother of three. I have worked with children, families and couples for over 20 years in the mental health field. I believe in empowering others, providing hope, and allowing people to move at their own pace through listening to their experiences, and allowing tgem to decide what they want and where they want to move with each appointment. I have the ability to empathize in a way others can not because I have done my own therapy work, I understand in a way others do not when working with children because I have struggled with children in a way most people cannot understand if they have not lived it; this is a shared experience, a lived and challenging experience and for me , thankfully, this is a natural gift and one that I have that has only been enhanced by training and understanding of human development. Years of working with chiIdren and families, allows me to bring additional skills to the treatment room for both adults and children so everyone can meet their goals. Graduating from USC, and working in an agency that trained their staff well has allowed me to be trained in several ways to heal emotional wounds work with couples, work with the youngest children with PCIT , and use CPT to treat PTSD. Together we can work on anything from simple life issues, ADHD, moral injury, and I work specifically work with domestic violence survivors.

Connection is a basic human necessity. I am in a profession that provides others hope, healing, and growth, in their lives. There are no words to express how meaningful it is to see as someone moves through their healing process others and being a small part of helping others in their process, but it is why I do this "work". It is always an honor for me to be a part of this journey in any way.

You've probably been carrying more than you've let on, even to the people closest to you. I work with adults and seniors who are dealing with anxiety, depression, panic, anger they can't quite explain, or relationships that feel stuck in the same painful patterns. A lot of the people I meet with feel like they've hit a wall they can't see a way around, whether that's disappointment from the past, self doubt, or a sense that life just isn't working the way they hoped. My work is about helping you understand how you got here, where you actually are right now, and what a different path could look like.

Mindfully focused to connect your presenting concern to your system, my style is to meet you where you are whether you need me to explain what we’re doing, or simply direct you. My approach is practical, direct, and occasionally humorous — I believe real progress happens when you feel are both, supported and challenged, not just listened to.

Over 30 years I've worked with individuals, couples, and families through some of the hardest seasons of life: chronic illness, painful grief, relationship breakdowns, severe ADHD, life hindering eating disorders, destructive anger, and major life transitions.

I singly raised my three children, and came to realize clinical training doesn’t compare to life experience... theory helps it’s just not enough to capture the big picture.

I've also spent significant time working with military families and first responders, rich in life experience. They seem to prefer my steady, no-nonsense mindset at times.
