I help people grieve, build resilience, and navigate a new chapter. Many of my clients are experiencing caregiver strain as they begin caring for elderly parents or spouses, and I provide guidance on a variety of stressors related to caregiving.

My experience working in residential treatment settings for mental health and substance use has shaped my commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. I have experience working in various areas of counseling settings and have provided counseling for diverse populations that include different ages, genders, and diverse racial, cultural, and LGBTQ backgrounds.
