Dr. Kidd Colt, Ed.D; LCPC , LMHC is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Florida He provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Dr. Colt earned his (Ed.,D) degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University. He earned his masters degree in counseling psychology (MA) from Towson University. He also earned a bachelors degree (BA) in communication studies from Towson University. Prior to private practice Dr Colt worked at the Family Emergency Treatment Center in Sarasota, FL.

Dr. Zaidi is Triple Board Certified in Psychiatry/Neurology, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has encompassed more than thirty years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Child, Adolescent & Family Psychiatry. Dr. Zaidi was responsible for the management of a Monmouth Medical Center Children’s Crisis Intervention Service staff and operations; establishing patient services for adolescents, including day and overnight hospitalization; and supervision of multidisciplinary staff in various settings. Dr. Zaidi served as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at the Drexel School of Medicine. As a Site Director for Psychiatry, he provided supervision and training of medical students and pediatric residents on rotation at Monmouth Medical Center for Drexel School of Medicine and the Physicians Assistants Program from UMDNJ and Seton Hall. Dr. Zaidi has seen children, adolescents, and adults in private practice for over a decade. Dr. Zaidi is certified by the Board of Education to conduct psychiatric evaluations for school districts for Monmouth and surrounding counties.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and a diverse nursing background that has shaped my compassionate, whole-person approach to mental health care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges.

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, supportive, and free of judgment. I take the time to understand each person beyond their symptoms, including their experiences, relationships, stressors, strengths, and goals. My goal is to create a comfortable space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment.

I believe the greatest relationship one could ever have is the one with themselves. Oftentimes, we tend to get lost in the expectations of our families, society, culture, relationships, religion, etc., and find ourselves unhappy with the person staring back at us. Regardless of which of these feels true, the journey to yourself can be scary, uncertain, and uncomfortable; however, not impossible.
