My name is Dr. Catherine Godoy, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. My clinical focus is dedicated to helping those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, I feel a profound calling to support active-duty service members, veterans, and our first responder community. I intimately understand the unique sacrifices these roles require and am dedicated to providing a clinical space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

My practice is built upon an extensive educational foundation, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of North Florida and a second DNP in Community Health and Wellness from the University of Alabama. As a Marriage, Family, and Couples Ph.D. candidate and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, stress, and life transitions. Hello, my name is Arlene and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) I have been working in the mental health profession for 33 years. I have experience working in various areas of counseling settings and have provided counseling for diverse populations that include different ages, genders, and diverse racial, cultural, and LGBTQ backgrounds. Through the years I have obtained knowledge with concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family/parenting difficulties as well as childhood, adolescent, and young adult adjustments. In recent years I have been trained to work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events.
