Hi, I’m Morgan Pierce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor! My background includes over 3 years of experience supporting LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I bring that same affirming, judgement-free lens to every person I work with. My goal as a therapist is for people to see themselves with compassion and clarity.

I created my own practice from a deep belief that every human being is capable of growth and transformation, no matter how stuck, lost, or broken they may feel.

In our time together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, process old wounds, and build tools for resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative journey — one that honors the most authentic version of yourself and your capacity to heal from within.

I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a story we write together. I bring a collaborative, narrative-based approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to re-author the stories that shape their lives.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, where I focused on systems theory and narrative practice. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations supporting clients through challenges such as relationship transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.

Felicie's been known for her authenticity, nonjudgmental, caring, and devoted provider. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 14 years. She is a family and mental health nurse practitioner. Her patients are always her priority. She holds a master's and post-master's in family and psychiatric nursing. She is currently practicing at Evoke Wellness. Additionally, she is an adjunct clinical faculty at of Miami. She believes in safe and patient-centered care.

I am board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in adolescent and young adult psychiatry. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing degree from Nova Southeastern University with specialized training in psychiatry. For the last five year I have held various leadership positions for a local residential treatment center for teens that specializes in complex trauma treatment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, have worked with a wide population of individuals, most of my experience with the adult population. I started my career with an interest is eating disorder and developed skills to address co-occuring concerns. I bring 14 years of experience working with mental health and substance abuse.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with eight years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD/ADD. I believe each person is capable of meaningful growth, and I am committed to providing a supportive, compassionate space to help clients work toward their personal and emotional goals!
