My name is Tom Kauffmann and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was awarded a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2015, where I attended classes on their campus in Salt Lake City. I also graduated from a one year licensed alcohol and drug counseling program (LADC) in 2013 at the same university prior to getting my Master's degree. I specialize in using cognitive behavioral techniques and strategies to help folks investigate how they think about things.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or substance use challenges begin affecting your relationships, daily functioning, and overall well-being. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling to cope with painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, substance use concerns, stress management challenges, ADHD, anger management issues, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or overwhelmed by life's demands. Together, we'll create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that support healing, emotional wellness, and long-term personal growth.

Dr. Kidd Colt, Ed.D; LCPC , LMHC is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Florida He provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Dr. Colt earned his (Ed.,D) degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University. He earned his masters degree in counseling psychology (MA) from Towson University. He also earned a bachelors degree (BA) in communication studies from Towson University. Prior to private practice Dr Colt worked at the Family Emergency Treatment Center in Sarasota, FL.

I'm Justin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Qualified Supervisor (QS), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
