Elizabeth Lerner received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications and Sociology from the University of Miami in 1993 and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in 1995. She became licensed in 1998 and is a qualified supervisor for those seeking Florida licensure.

I am a warm, energetic, and down-to-earth therapist who values creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered. My background includes working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In addition to traditional therapy, I am certified in yoga, energy work, and Florida family court mediation, allowing me to offer a more holistic perspective. I am especially passionate about helping couples restore balance and connection, as well as guiding individuals through meaningful life changes. As an LMHC, I especially enjoy working with people who may feel apprehensive about starting counseling, as well as those navigating substance use, addiction, depression, family issues, and trauma who are motivated to make changes in their lives and become the best version of themselves. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I was born and raised in New Jersey, and I love working with a diverse population.

Hi, I’m Clarrissa Hazel. I’m Caribbean-born, a preacher’s kid, and someone who deeply values faith, family, culture, resilience, and personal growth. I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, working through addiction, or trying to become a healthier version of themselves. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and work through patterns that may be creating distance.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged — not judged. Whether you are carrying stress, trying to find balance, rebuilding after a difficult season, or simply wanting more clarity in your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take your next step forward.

With a decade of experience serving a wide range of patients I am a dual-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Hi, I’m Lexi, also known as That Therapy Girl. I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and went on to earn my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a focus on family systems.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m also a proud fur mom to two: a tabby cat and my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.
