My background is in mental health counseling, with experience supporting clients through substance use concerns, relationship and marital issues, adolescent behavioral challenges, and mood disorders.
I'm a licensed mental health counselor with ten years in the field. I have a strong background in addiction, but enjoy working with all populations. You've probably been holding it together for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like not to. I work with adults and teenagers who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and the complicated terrain of relationships and identity. A lot of my clients are women working through life transitions, maternal mental health challenges, and the weight of managing everything at once. Whether you're a teenager still figuring out who you are or an adult who feels like you've been running on empty, this kind of exhaustion is something we can actually work through together.
