My work focuses on helping people make sense of distress, whether it stems from clear past events or simply from patterns that no longer fit their lives. I am trained in EMDR and approach therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, attunement, and respect for each client’s pace. I value honesty, clarity, and a grounded sense of humor in the therapy room, including an appreciation for incongruence and the occasional ridiculousness of being human, and I believe meaningful change unfolds within a genuine, steady therapeutic relationship.

I have nearly a decade of experience working with a variety of individuals with many backgrounds. I emphasize the importance of a trauma-informed and supportive approach. I have expertise in treating a number of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma. I offer a number of modalities, including CBT, MI, DBT, EMDR and IFS.

I am a dually licensed clinician with over seven years of experience working with the adult population, specializing in assisting individuals in identifying their best selves and achieving personalized goals to improve day-to-day life. I have a Masters Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and hold two licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
