I work with individuals and families, including older adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. My background spans schools, foster care, supportive housing for youth, and outpatient mental health across New York and Florida. I was awarded a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2015, where I attended classes on their campus in Salt Lake City. I also graduated from a one year licensed alcohol and drug counseling program (LADC) in 2013 at the same university prior to getting my Master's degree. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and my master’s degree in Social Work, with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice, from Saint Leo University. I am originally from Alaska, but Florida has been my home for the past 20 years. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself, explore what you are going through, and begin building the tools you need to move forward with confidence.

She provides care to a diverse patient population in Florida, offering both virtual and in-person psychiatric services. Additionally, she extends virtual psychiatric care to patients in Colorado.
