Before counseling, I spent years in the health and fitness industry in New York City, helping clients who felt stuck or overmatched in their goals. I later trained in spiritual wellness at St. Andrew’s Church here in Gainesville. Both experiences taught me the same lesson: real growth means working with mind, body, and spirit together. It brings me immense joy to see my clients go from stuck to flourishing.

My clinical background includes formal training in evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, and I have experience supporting clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. I strive to bring both professional expertise and a warm, grounded presence to every session so that you feel comfortable sharing what’s really going on in your life.

I have a Master's degree in Nursing and am specialized as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse -Advanced Practice. I have been in the field 25 years. Mental health and addiction treatment are my passion.
