A Florida and Polk County native, Mirtha is a graduate of Frostproof High School. She is board certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Autonomous Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Polk State and a Master's of Nursing from USF. In 2023 Mirtha earned a Post Master's Certification in Psychiatry from Florida Atlantic University. However, her journey as a mental health provider began in 2020 when she became certified through the Academy of Christian Counseling, as a mental health coach. Then in January of 2025 she became an active member of the Order of Saint Luke (OSL) a healing ministry.

Mirtha has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her passion is caring for individuals struggling with mental health issues. She has been volunteering with the youth in her community for over 7 years and also has experience working in a domestic violence shelter with victims of trauma.

My name is Holly Bowling and I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I started my nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Ball State University. I have had the opportunity to work in many disciplines where I was able to utilize my knowledge and skills required to provide for those with mental health issues, specifically, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, allowing me the opportunity to continue pursuing my career, in mental health.

I began my career working with children and quickly expanded my expertise to include adults and couples. Throughout my 26 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have seen the incredible power of the human spirit to overcome trauma and unexpected life struggles. Watching my clients transition from "surviving" to "thriving" remains the most inspiring part of my work.

With over forty-five years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of people, from young adults navigating early adulthood to older individuals managing major transitions. I support clients with relationship issues, affective disorders, addiction, work-life balance, vocational challenges, and complex problems that come with being human. My continuing education across these areas gives me knowledge, while my outgoing, active, and engaging style brings enthusiasm to every session. I show up fully, and I expect us to do real work together.

I have 30 years of experience of helping those with those who have mental health, addictions and relationship problems. I am honored to help all who seek help with any of these issues. I help clients find solutions in a safe and non-judgmental place.
