Hi, I'm Eli, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged, while also being supported in making real, meaningful changes in your life.

Clients often share that they feel at ease talking with me, but also appreciate that I’m honest and help them look at things in new ways. I’m not here to just nod along. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and figure out what actually works for you moving forward.

I take a collaborative approach, which means we work together to make sense of your experiences and build tools that fit your life. Therapy does not have to feel cold or overly clinical. I am a pilgrim in progress, a man of faith, a student of people, a mental health counselor, and an avid lover of stories. I am grateful to have a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University, and both a Master's of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Professionally, I have worked with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds including: grief, trauma, gender and sexuality, addiction, faith and spirituality, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.). I have served clients across a variety of ages, children to adults both in clinical settings and also in community (professional Christian ministry) settings.

I am a 28 year old female (she/her) that enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and spending time with my five cats.

I have been serving Orlando and surrounding areas in private practice for over 5 years after first gaining experience in residential crisis and substance abuse. I received my BS in psychology from UCF and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in Deland!

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.

Hi! I am Katie. I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Masters Certified Addictions Counselor (MCAP). I received my bachelors from UF and then went on to get my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from USF. I have nearly 10 years of experience working in the helping profession. After graduation, I began working in child welfare and for the past 3 years I have been working in residential substance use and trauma treatment programs.

I am a warm approachable therapist that recognizes how daily life can impact our mental health. I focus on how our past and present collide to at time cause disruptions and how to heal to live a brighter future.
